Paper accounting reports to be cancelled
According to this draft law, electronic form of accounting report will be main one. Taxpayers won’t have to submit duplicated paper report to the Rosstat.
Accounting reports should be sent only into the tax office at taxpayer’s location. Federal Tax Service will be empowered to establish procedure and terms of submitting reports, to adopt their forms etc.
Previously reports considered to be legitimate after signing of its paper copy. Now electronic form of accounting report will be the “main” copy.
Draft law also states a duty for companies to provide a possibility to make a paper copy of electronic accounting report.
