98 GENERAL DIRECTORS WERE PROSECUTED AFTER CHECK-UPS OF THE LABOR INSPECTION IN 2016

In 2016, Labor Inspection performed 134.5 thousand check-ups (it is 4 thousand less than in 2015). In 2016 the total number of planned check-ups decreased, also inspectors started to issue warnings more often, instead of fines.   1.  Unreasonable refusal to employ or unjustified dismissal of a pregnant woman/a woman with children under the age of three years

Sanctions for such violations are: a fine of 200,000 Rubles, or 360 hours of correction works.
