Cancellation of remote regime for employers

The Mayor of Moscow has signed a Decree that cancels the obligation of the capital’s employers to transfer at least 30% of their employees to remote working mode.
According to the amendments, starting from August 13, 2021, the requirement to transfer at least 30% of employees to remote¬ working mode has ceased to be mandatory and is -advisory in nature. The obligation of transfer to remote working mode of employees over 65 years of age and individuals with diseases, the list of which is determined by the Moscow City Health Department, has also been cancelled.
The requirement to use other preventive measures against the spread of coronavirus infection (the use of individual protective gear, maintaining social distance, etc.) remains.
