The business was exempted from inspections in 2023

In the future, in 2023, scheduled inspections will be carried out only in relation to organizations whose activities belong to the extremely high and high-risk categories. Also included in the inspection are hazardous production facilities of hazard class II and hydraulic structures of class II.

Please note that these checks are not tax-related, they relate to federal, regional and municipal types of control regulated by the law “On State Control”. In total, the law identifies six categories of risks, the three least risky categories are exempt from inspections next year, which in turn will reduce the burden on business.
