Reduction of the state fee for the registration of foreign companies.
A new amount of state fee for accreditation of branches and representative offices of companies will be introduced for companies from the states of the Eurasian Economic Union. Now it is 4,000 rubles (40€). Previously, the amount of the fee was 120,000 rubles (1,200 €).
The EAC include 5 countries: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic. The EAC ensures the free circulation of goods and services between these countries.
The introduction of a reduced fee will eliminate barriers to the domestic market – now the state fee for the accreditation of a foreign company will be equal to the cost of state registration of Russian companies. Thus, it will equalize the rights of EAC members in doing business and will provide additional opportunities for development.
