Business manager — is a special service for companies entering the Russian market. This service is provided in addition to legal and accounting support. It is especially important during the first year after entering the market.
We offer guidance by a special person with managerial and financial experience, who at the initial stage will organize all processes, including recruitment, customs issues and many others.
The usual period of this service is 3-6 months, but you can leave the manager for longer.
