LEGAL ALERT – NEW STATE FEE PAYMENT DETAILS

Please, be aware that the state fee payment details for obtaining work permits have changed.Receipts for payment of the state fee with Federal migration service (further FMS) as recipient will be accepted until 10 September if the payment was made before the 1 September.Receipts paid after 1 September with the old payment details will not be accepted.As to receipts for payment of the state fee for issuing invitations and prolongation of visas, after 1 September they will not be accepted, if the payment was made with FMS as recipient.Let us remind, that on 5 April 2016 the Federal migration service was abolished and its authority was transferred to Ministry of internal affairs .
