COMPANY WITH ONE OWNER CAN BE REGISTERED AT THE BANK

As experiment, started from November 1, clients of Sberbank and VTB will be able to register limited liability company or individual entrepreneur in the bank remotely or in the bank office.It will be not necessary to visit tax office. Such registration will require encrypted and certified digital signature in Sberbank or VTB. The bank will apply to the Federal Tax Service as well be responsible for accuracy and security of information.The pilot project is planned for the entire 2017. In case of successful realization, the authorities will consider prolongation of the project.
